Returns:

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• To start a return, contact us via email or our store contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges:

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
• Contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

Please note:

• Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Ensure returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
